This extraordinary piece is made from reclaimed Bolivian Rosewood, hand-carved and hand-polished to a satin finsih. It's natural design draws inspiration from the shape of fruit pods of giant Motacú palms (Attalean princeps) native to eastern Bolivia. Not intended to hold prepared foods or liquids but you can create natural fruit or dried flower displays in it.  Imperfections such as cracks and blemishes are characteristic of the natural beauty of the wood and our Ki-design philosophy mandates we never attempt to eliminate them.  Decorative, 16x4 in each (with some variations as they are entirely hand-made, not for use with prepared foods or any liquid.
